Membership Information

The Westgate Cabana Club was founded in 1962.  We are a seasonal (April to October) community pool open to all neighborhoods that offers family recreation swim, swim team, swim lessons, lap swim, and place to host pool parties.  

• $670 Membership fee includes spouse/partner and minor children 18 years of age and under
• Full payment due within 7 days of receiving invoice or your membership may be cancelled
• Membership may be cancelled within 7 days of payment for a full refund less a 10% fee.  No refunds after 7 days.
• To better serve our community, families in need of a payment plan may contact the Treasurer at treasurer@westgatecabana.org or apply for financial assistance

• Parent of primary member (grandparents) or a nanny/babysitter may be added to Membership Application for an additional $75 fee
• Maximum of 2 per membership

• Seniors (65+), veterans, and disabled persons are eligible for a 10% discount off membership fee
• Discounts may be combined if more than one apply
• May be asked to show proof of eligibility (driver's license, military ID, etc.)
• Please enter your eligibility in the Special Requests field of the Membership Application.  If you select "credit card" as the payment method, then skip the payment page and wait for the Treasurer to send you an invoice with the discounts applied 

• ~50% off pool parties
• ~20-30% off swim lessons
• Priority registration for swim team and waiver of certain program fees 
• 75% off lap swim pass

• Members are welcome to bring guests for an additional fee
• You can request a guest punch card when submitting your Membership Application or purchase separately on our website

Membership at the Westgate Cabana Club is a privilege, and may be revoked by the Board of Directors at any time for reasons not limited to, non-payment, intentional damage of property, endangering the safety of others, or violations of our policies.  

The Westgate Cabana Club has the right to close the facility with or without warning for reasons not limited to maintenance, pool contamination, severe weather (including lightening, fire hazards, and air quality) and/or other unforeseen circumstances that affect the safe operation of the pool.   

The pool is for recreational swimming use only.  No private lessons, instruction, or coaching by an outside entity is allowed.
