Regular Parties may not exceed 35 guests to avoid crowding and ensure adequate lifeguard coverage during member hours. If you would like to have more than 35 guests, please consider booking a private party.
Private Parties may not exceed 50 guests to ensure adequate lifeguard coverage during the party.
Should your party unexpectedly exceed the maximum number of guests on the day of your party, you will be assessed a fee of $50 PER GUEST.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
10% cancellation fee.
No changes or refunds less than 7 days in advance of the party date.
The Westgate Cabana Club has the right to close the facility with or without warning for reasons not limited to maintenance, pool contamination, severe weather (including lightening, fire hazards, and air quality) and/or other unforeseen circumstances that affect the safe operation of the pool. In such a case, you would be entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule your party.
PARTY GUEST registration & LIABILITY WAIVER
It is the responsibility of the Party Host to ensure that all guests register before the day of the party.
The guest registration form includes a required liability waiver and medical release for all guests visiting the Westgate Cabana Club.
A parent or guardian must be present to check-in a minor or they will not be allowed to swim; parents dropping off children must check them in before leaving
Non-member party guests may stay after the party is over only if they are accompanied by a member; however, they must return to the desk to check-in at the end of the party
Parking is not permitted in the neighborhood or in front of any residential homes as it violates our operating permit. Please help us be a good neighbor.
Please advise party guests to use the Baker School parking lots across the street from the club.
Please note that the curb adjacent to pool property on Bucknall Rd. is for loading and unloading only. You may use this loading zone to drop off items for your party.

Hosts may use the barbecues and refrigerator
Hosts may request use of the freezer, but not guaranteed.
Alcohol is permitted, but please drink responsibly
Absolutely NO GLASS or other breakables are allowed
Lifeguards will be on duty during your party, however, please remind your guests that children who are not strong swimmers must stay in the shallow end of the pool for their own safety.
There is an Adult Swim break the last 15 minutes of each hour.
You may arrive up to 30 minutes early to set up your party and have 30 minutes after the party has ended to clean up
Decorations are permitted, but please only use light adhesive tape (no duct tape, staples, push pins, or nails, etc.); please remove all decorations and tape at the end of your party.
Pick up and dispose of all party trash and recyclables in proper bins
Please clean barbeque and utensils if used
Pick up food and clean up spills from ground in party area
